99.9% Network Uptime SLA Guarantee
Okejos guarantees network availability, hardware reliability, and datacenter operations to keep your business running smoothly.
1. Network Availability Guarantee
Okejos guarantees 99.9% uptime network availability on all VPS, VDS, and Dedicated server nodes during any calendar month. This network guarantee includes access links, switches, routers, and physical datacenter networks.
2. Hardware Replacement SLA
If any physical server component (CPU, RAM, NVMe SSD, power supply, or motherboard) fails, we guarantee diagnostics and replacement under 4 hours from the ticket verification time.
3. Compensation Credits
If we fail to meet our 99.9% network availability SLA during any month, clients can request service credit offsets according to the duration of system downtime:
