Terms of Service Agreement
Please read these terms of service carefully before purchasing hosting configurations, virtual private servers, or domain names from Okejos.
1. Account Setup and Information Accuracy
To access our VPS and VDS servers, you must provide valid customer details including billing address, telephone number, and payment credentials. Providing fraudulent contact information will lead to instant account termination without refunds.
2. Billing & Payment Cycles
Okejos services are charged on a recurring pre-paid monthly base cycle. Payments must be processed prior to the server expiration date. Unpaid hosting invoices will cause service suspension 3 days past the due date, and server deletion 7 days past the due date.
3. Backup Responsibilities
While Okejos builds redundant hardware systems, clients are solely responsible for executing periodic remote backup actions for their database files and web assets. Okejos assumes no liability for customer data loss.
